ATOSS Software Expands Global AI Capabilities with New Technology Hub in Bengaluru
ATOSS Software SE has launched a new artificial intelligence technology hub in Bengaluru to strengthen its global workforce management innovation strategy. The facility will focus on agentic AI, conversational intelligence, reinforcement learning and workforce optimisation technologies while supporting international collaboration with teams in Germany and Romania.
The new technology hub, located at the International Tech Park Bengaluru in Whitefield, will focus on building the next generation of agentic artificial intelligence systems designed for intelligent workforce management. The Bengaluru facility is expected to become a major centre for AI innovation within the company’s global operations and will work in close coordination with ATOSS development teams in Munich, Germany, as well as Sibiu and Timișoara in Romania.
ATOSS stated that the Bengaluru hub will bring together highly skilled professionals specialising in multi-agent systems, conversational artificial intelligence, reinforcement learning, large-scale optimisation and forecasting technologies. The team will focus on developing AI agents capable of planning, simulating and orchestrating workforce operations in real time for enterprise customers across industries.
